You retain ownership of any content you post on SKIES. By posting content on SKIES, you affirm that you have the rights necessary to do so, and that you are not infringing on or violating the rights of any third party.

We are not responsible for, do not endorse, and do not assume any liability for content posted by you on SKIES. We reserve the right to remove or refuse to distribute any content posted on SKIES.

SKIES provides access to YouTube video search via Google's API Services, whose privacy policy can be found here: http://www.google.com/policies/privacy. By using YouTube video search, you agree to be bound by YouTube's terms of service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). We store information related to your use of YouTube video search only to ensure that your use of the resource remains within normal usage limits. We do NOT share this information with any external parties, and we do NOT use it to serve advertisements to you.

We will respond to legitimate requests under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").
