Please be informed that our SKIES app and website uses YouTube API Services. As part of our commitment to transparency and your privacy, we provide detailed insights on how we handle your data in relation to these services.
We adhere to Google's Privacy Policy, which can be accessed and reviewed at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy.
When you use our Video Search function, SKIES uses YouTube API Services to search for YouTube videos that are relevant to the keyword you enter. The API provides SKIES with the title, description, thumbnail URL, video URL, and duration of the videos. This information is then displayed in a panel so that users can select a YouTube video to include in their SKIES lesson. We do not use YouTube API Services for any other purposes
We do not share YouTube API Services information with internal or external parties.
Should you wish to revoke our access to your data that we have stored via the YouTube API Services, you can do so through Google's security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

SKIES may use de-identified Subscriber Data for product development, research, or other purposes. De-identified Subscriber Data will have all direct and indirect personal identifiers removed, including, but not limited to, names, e-mail addresses, and school IDs.
SKIES will not use any Subscriber Data to advertise or market to students or their parents. Advertising or marketing may be directed to schools only if Subscriber Data is properly de-identified.
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to United States and process it there.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
Su-Kam Intelligent Education Systems will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.
Within 180 days of termination of this Agreement, Subscriber may make a written request for a copy of its Subscriber Data. Upon receipt of such written request, SKIES will provide Subscriber with instructions as to how to receive the Subscriber Data. If Subscriber does not make such a written request within 180 days of termination, then Subscriber provides its consent to allow SKIES to delete all Subscriber Data in its possession. Subscriber may also request that their Subscriber Data be deleted by making a written request to SKIES.
Following termination of this Agreement, Subscriber and Authorized Users may continue to access and use in "Free Mode" the lessons that they have created using the Services prior to the date of termination. SKIES hereby grants to Subscriber and its Authorized Users a nonexclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and limited right to access and use in "Free Mode" the SKIES Software for lessons they have created prior to the date of termination. "Free Mode" provides users with the ability to modify, copy, export, and display lessons, but not the ability to collaboratively contribute to each other's lessons.
Su-Kam Intelligent Education Systems may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
SKIES will take reasonable measures to comply with data protection laws that are applicable to this Agreement and to keep Subscriber Data secure. The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
